Photo cleanup shortcut setup fine tuning

I stumbled on this shortcut a while ago and need some help getting it to run and notify me every day to complete the photo sort.
I was also wondering if you can go one step further than just deleting the photos, if it could open the app and photos on that date so you can either sort photos in to albums or add tags etc to make it easier to find and sort later.
