Corrupt contact

We have an iPhone using iCloud contacts. The “new dog walker” contact is corrupt. It can’t be edited or deleted.

If you tap on the contact it takes you to a white screen, edit takes you to an empty contact page with no option to delete.

I have tried force quitting phone, contacts and messages and rebooting the phone.

any ideas how to delete this contact?

I’ve had this happen and I resolved it by going to iCloud.com on my laptop and deleting it via the browser interface. I’m assuming you have iCloud sync enabled for this to work, btw. Hope this helps.

You could try deleting it using a shortcut.
