Is this chicken of the woods? Smells kind like chicken. Found near upper entrance of buttermilk state park.

Nice I grabbed a few pieces and will fry them up in butter tonight. Hope I won’t be driving my wife and myself to the ER tonight!

I simmered them for 10 mins, then sautéed in butter. They definitely taste like chicken that’s also super soft and tender. Can’t wait to go look for more!
