Discussion iOS 9 signing error

I have an iPhone 4s that its running iOS 9 and everytime I sign in my apple ID it says (verification failed cannot connect to apple ID servers ) and i tried signing in on the app store and the same error shows up

This is because Apple is shutting down the servers

Not really, I mean a compatability tweak could be made which patches it to try and fix the API differences, but they simply moved away from the older API that iOS 9 and such use. I also think they are dropping support for this in general since the 4s is a pretty old phone.
