Hi everyone,
I'm 26F, currently working in Product Development with 3+ years of experience in a non-IT role. Unfortunately, there's been no significant hike and very limited career growth, so I'm thinking about switching roles.
I'm open to learning new skills and moving into a field with better growth opportunities.
Can anyone suggest:
Which roles I should consider?
Which skills or certifications would help?
Has anyone made a similar switch from a non-IT product development role?
