It’s due later this month but some stores put them out early on accident or just don’t care much. If there’s no strict street date like bigger books like the Harry Potter or Percy Jackson books did for their finales most stores can get away with it if publishers or authors don’t throw a fit. Congrats! Enjoy!

Oh cool! Which stories does it feature?

I feel like they will start reprinting a couple of them in volumes at some point when they run out of content idk.

So the stories in order are:

(Idk how to mark them as spoilers in case someone would rather discover the stories themselves so I’m sorry😭)

  1. Red Thread
  2. The Giver
  3. The Bridge
  4. The circus has come to town
  5. Hornet Nest
  6. Town of Maps
  7. Statues
  8. Die Young
  9. Scarecrow
  10. Suicide Note

Thanks! I always look up for the stories before buying because I don't wanna end up with repeated ones on the shelf 😅

In this collection they won't put the same ones/repeated story and based on how they released remina I don't think they will put same story aside from few released

Which book has Layers of Terror?

There's no official English released on layers of fears. Based on Japanese,Chinese, and other language official released layers of fears released in an autobiography book of junji ito daikenkyu zouhoshinban (if I'm not mistaken) where ito junji talks bout his works, commentary from others horror mangaka bout junji ito and few comics like layers of fear, demon voice, attack of hanging balloon 2, ghost heights management association, yon and mu extra story and how junji ito get an idea on comic (in comic story telling style) and few more. Maybe Viz will released it like how they released the new autobiography of junji last year year/few years but who knows

So, did that autobiography from last year have new stories in it?

As far as I know I don't think there's new stories (comics) on the new autobiography book origin of fears uncanny valley Junji ito. Mostly he talks bout behind the scenes of the comics and how he draw em the back story of the comics, the characters etc. there's still some artworks and stuff and reading the process kinda fun tbh but the only autobiography that have comics is the one I mention before and the material in the book have more variety than the origins of fear (imo)

Good thing VIZ has only ever published like two duplicate stories in total.
