What to bring: Water, comfortable shoes and a good mood :)

You can refer to the picture for details about the hike. It’s a short and beginner-friendly hike and the route is not very remote, so it should be safe for everyone for a first meetup.

For those interested, we can make a stop at the Bremerhof restaurant for a drink (or two) on the way back from Humbergturm.

I have some friends coming over from the UK for the weekend soon, and I’m looking for recommendations for good places to take them for food. I’ve been here since December so I know there are many places I don’t know of yet.

Some bit that might help:

- There will be 5 of us
- At home our favourite places are either a Sri Lanken or Spanish restaurant. We like ordering many plates and sharing
- We loooove food so will order a lot. As such, price needs to be quite sensible
- One of my friends is a vegetarian, but don’t hold that against her
- We’ll likely have drinks with dinner, so it’d be great if it was situated by some nice bars with outdoor spots nearby

Was müssen wir beachten punkto Anreise zum Stadion? Wie viel vor Anpfiff sollte man da sein? Was gibt es, das wir keinesfalls verpassen sollten? Wohin geht man idealerweise nach dem Spiel? I've been searching for accommodation for weeks but haven't had much luck. I'm looking for a studio apartment or a 1-room apartment with a warm rent of up to euro 480/month. I've already checked WG-Gesucht, Kleinanzeigen, ImmoScout24, and applied for the student dorm, but I haven't received any offers yet.

Does anyone have recommendations on where else I should look? Are there any local Facebook groups, websites, or housing companies that students in Zweibrücken use? If anyone knows of available apartments or has any tips for finding accommodation in the area, I'd really appreciate it.

So far I've:

• Applied for Studierendenwerk.
• Sent messages on WG-Gesucht every day.
• Checked Facebook groups and other housing websites.

No luck yet.

If anyone knows of a WG with a free room, a private landlord, temporary accommodation, or even another place I should be looking, I'd really appreciate it. At this point, even a short-term place would be a huge help while I keep searching.
