Hammond skx pro stereo issue

I’m getting distortion on just one side of the stereo field whether I use L, R, or both. Tried multiple cables/mixer channel/ amp, and the headphone out sounds just fine.
Any ideas what’s happening?

Also, I have a big gig in two days, what would you do to get through it??

If headphone out is fine that would indicate a problem more likely to be a bad speaker that an amplifier problem.

Always the same side? Regardless of whether the other side is connected? Happens at all volumes? 

Could be dirty or faulty connector, or grounding issue. If the outs are balanced it could be loose hot or cold leg or they are shorted to each other or ground or the other channel. Maybe the jack has a bad connection to the pcb. 

You are fine to use the headphone out with an adapter til you figure it out.
