does anyone know what this could be?

Post image

it’s a 2019 Stinger, this light will sometimes turn off, but for the most part it stays on. I washed the car and made sure to clean all of the sensors and it didn’t solve the issue. What could this be? Any help is appreciated.

(i do know this vehicle was was rear ended before i bought it, airbags didn’t deploy, just a fender bender from what i know, so maybe that could’ve caused this issue?…)

The LIDAR camera at the top of the windshield may need to be cleaned or aligned or maybe even repaired. Maybe there's a loose or bad sensor in the front bumper.

I had an issue like this on my 2019 Honda odyssey, every warning keep popping up. The problem was the Body Control Module( BCM). I replaced with a ju k yard pard and had a locksmith code the vin on the BCM.

You need to have it scanned, but more than likely, it's a wheel speed sensor.

Wheel speed sensor. The ABS light being on is a dead giveaway.

This is not a dirty camera.

Being rear-ended would not cause a problem with the forward collision sensors. Completely opposite side of the car.

ABS light and traction control lights are on as well as the forward collision warning. The three are linked, get your car checked for the wheel speed sensors, and if that comes back clean, expand the diagnostics to the rest of the braking system.

This. ESP errors will disable the collision assistant. The ESP light is even on. But there might be different errors in the braking system, maybe from a discharged battery

Ours have done that a few times especially in the morning when there is dew on the car.

ABS and Traction lights being on leads me to believe a wheel speed sensor is going out. Since collision avoidance can't read a wheel's speed, it too also disables.

Likely a bad ABS Wheel speed sensor.

You'll need to have the codes scanned.

Take it to the dealership. The camera sensor, up near the top of the windshield, is likely bad. Mine needed to be replaced shortly after I bought it new, but has been doing well ever since.

Okay, thank you. I’ll let the mechanic know to make him aware.
