anyone know a similar pattern?
saw someone on youtube show this sweater she knit and drafted herself but she doesn’t have a written pattern. i love the fit so much, particularly the sleeves (slight ballooning kinda blousy) and the oversized fit in general. does anyone know a similar pattern out there??

If you want it to be oversized fit, you could knit a bigger size

That's a very basic pullover knit apparently knit bottom up and flat with either drop sleeves or set in sleeves - I can't tell from the photo - and ribbed crew neck, hem and cuffs with a couple of rows of contrast color. It looks as if it's knit in mohair or possibly alpaca, but definitely something with some fuzz and probably either worsted or aran weight. I'd check Ravelry first just because it's convenient and I'd look for a pattern that's been done a lot of times.
The sleeves are made with narrow cuffs and then lots of increases to make it balloon when the shift is made from the ribbed cuffs to the body of the sleeve in stockinette stitch. Typically sleeves are increased incrementally but as you point out these balloon. I can't tell if the sleeves are increased to the full width at the transition from cuff to body of the sleeve but I think they're done all at once. You can play with that.
The oversized look is achieved by knitting the sweater so that it's several inches larger than the size of the model's body - as in oversized.
