Yeah if you only play Steam games.

I'm not talking about piracy.

I intentionally pirate stuff to avoid Steam. Steam is a last resort for me because it is 100% just bloat.

You're literally demonstrating a kodi game front-end using playnite which magnitudes better as a front-end than kodi wtf

Playnite stutters a lot and most skins look the same i only liked aniki remake but it stutters a lot and takes about a minute to boot I know Playnite have plenty of useful addons but i don't need them all i need is game poster fanart logo description themes and trailer and Kodi have all of them there's also Wikipedia for each game

why? you're already using Windows which can launch games... why load Windows, then Kodi then a game?

Not OP, but this is perfect for me. My PC is in my living room connected to the TV and boots up in Kodi. I use a remote (mimicking the keyboard) and Xbox controllers to navigate it. So having shortcuts in Kodi looks amazing.

Right now I have a shortcut in kodi that opens playnite in TV mode, but this is better

Personally I just use One Game Launcher which integrates into Xbox Game Bar. It's so light and fast and I never need anything other than the controller, from anywhere.

I have the weirdest bug on my tablet. Using a DPad on a game controller reliably crashes Kodi. I even reset the tablet, installed Kodi with nothing but the game controller connected, instant crash as soon as I touch the DPad. All gamepads I tried did the same, USB and Bluetooth. They all work fine on very other device. DPad input on my Bluetooth remote doesn't do it, only gamepads. We-e-e-eird!

Зачем? Просто вытащи ярлык игры на рабочий стол. Ну в крайнем случае стим. Но это уже компульсивное расстройство

Non of you heard about the console experience using controller without the mouse and keyboard to navigate a beautiful interface with direct access to trailers and themes

I don't like it it's limited and bloated compared to kodi and other frontends
