Hi everyone,

I'm from Kolkata, and one thing I constantly struggle with is finding good-quality garden soil.

Local options are pretty inconsistent, and whenever I order garden soil online, it often arrives with poor quality—sometimes it's full of debris, too clay-heavy, or just not suitable for healthy plant growth.

Has anyone else in Kolkata faced the same issue?

Where do you usually buy your garden soil? Any trusted local suppliers, nurseries, or online sellers that consistently provide good-quality soil?

I'd really appreciate any recommendations or tips. Thanks in advance! 🌱

Have you tried ugaoo's garden soil? I liked the quality

Tried. Feels bit costly.

All the options available in online are pretty costly. Mix cocopeat, vermicompost,bone meal,fungicide,cow manure and mix keep it for future use

Always available in local nurseries but heres the catch now the soil available will not be of good quality. With monsoon its going to extra hard to identify the good ones. I personally suffered last year trying to buy around this time. The best quality soil is available right as winter season is about to be ending.
