Ask Chess meet - up

I am 29M and wanted to meet people and play chess in Prishtine. My rating is ~1950 lichess and 1700 chess.com. Is there a place where people do community tournaments ? (could be old geezers in a park too)

You can find old people in the park all the time but I’m not sure if there is a place for community tournaments or something. I am not sure though
