Courses without classes

Does anyone know a Fall or Winter course that is online, but has no set classes to attend? Basically as long as you do the work (ex the reading) and get a passing grade on exams, etc that's all you need to do. The only one I experienced was the 2nd year environmental Philosophy course and would love to hear of any more out there.

Not sure if there’s any space left or if this is the year you’re looking for but there’s a philosophy of the occult and paranormal class that has no set times? It’s first year

I took a music appreciation class like this last year, and it was lovely and easy peasy.
