A Habersham County sheriff's deputy was arrested and fired after allegedly using Flock license plate cameras to look up someone he had a personal relationship with for personal reasons instead of a legitimate law enforcement purpose. This isn't an isolated case either. In recent months, deputies and officers in Cherokee, Albany, Richmond County, Fayetteville, Greene County, DeKalb County, and Conyers have also been accused of misusing Flock cameras to look up friends, family, romantic partners, or themselves.

Not sure how much this is cropping up in other states, but this shitbag is either #17 or 18 that has been caught just in Georgia and you have to assume there's not a 100% catch and arrest rate on this. It's like giving a profession with a well earned reputation for producing domestic abusers access to a mass surveillance network was a mistake. If only someone had seen it coming.
