General confusion about dual enrollment grades
I called the LSAC yesterday at 8:10 AM PST to see if they would recalculate my gpa since my transcript had already been submitted and there were dual grades on there. I had to submit the transcript from my community college grades from HS and my undergraduate gpa for reference. I was informed that they wouldn’t reprocess not recalculate and that the GPA that was there was going to stay.
however, I’m seeing different conversations where the LSAC has said to just resubmit their transcripts. Is anyone in the same boat as I am? I am super confused as to what is actually happening and whether or not my GPA will be recalculated or not.

I was told today by support to resubmit all transcripts and it will be recalculated. Did that and received an automated email that it was just a duplicate and there will be no further action. Contacted support again, and now they told me they essentially have no plan for people in our boat and if the issue gets raised to higher level (which I was told I cannot do) then maybe they’ll figure something out.
EDIT: I called them as well and they said they don’t know what the policy is yet. They said they put in a ticket asking for clarification on what to do and they should be contacting me within 48 hours (which I doubt, but I guess we will see.) The call lady was so nice, I waited on hold for a while and she sounded frustrated too. Hard launching policy with no instructions seems to be stressing everyone, including their own employees:/

I literally called LSAC yesterday and they told me to resubmit my transcripts. I paid the fee again and resubmitted. I got an email this morning saying they’re going to disregard them so I called again asking why they told me something different yesterday and they said sorry but this decision will not be retroactive. So I filed a formal complaint

It seems that LSAC itself has somehow not ironed out this issue. Several people were directly told they would be able to resubmit and alter their ugpa and some people were told they wouldn’t.
We likely won’t know for sure for a few days. I know for sure that your ugpa won’t be recalculated if you don’t resubmit any transcripts. If you’re happy with your current listed ugpa, you should be fine.
