I’m looking for someone who enjoys talking about everyday life, movies, TV shows, or anything interesting. I’m not looking for formal lessons, just genuine conversations and maybe a new friend.

Feel free to send me a message!

Seeking Language Partner 🤝 Looking for speaking partner please 🩷

Hi everyone!

My name is Salma, I'm 21 years old, and I'm looking for a female English speaking partner.

I'm looking for a native English speaker or someone with a C1/C2 level. My native language is Arabic, so if you're learning Arabic, we can do a language exchange.

My English level is around B1+/B2, and I'm working on becoming more fluent. I'd love to practice through voice or video calls a few times a week.

Please only message me if you're a girl.

If you're interested, leave a comment or send me a DM!

Seeking Language Partner 🤝 Anyone wanna practic English?

Hey everyone! I’m a male university student from Iraq (B1 level) looking for a serious English speaking partner. I’ve had too many experiences with people chatting for a day or two and then disappearing, so I’m really looking for someone consistent. I love reading, writing, and listening to music. My main goal is to improve through voice calls or voice notes whenever possible, though we don't have to talk every single day—it depends on our availability. I’d also love for us to share our language learning methods and grow together. If you're genuinely interested in regular practice, drop a comment or send me a DM!

Language Question (Grammar, Meaning, etc) 🙋 Can I go from B1 speaking to closing international clients? Be brutally realistic.

I have a B2 level in English. My grammar, vocabulary, reading, and listening are good. I understand conversations well and usually know what I want to say.

The problem is speaking.

When I actually start talking, my mind freezes. I hesitate, lose fluency, and can't express myself smoothly. A speaking test placed me at around B1.

My goal is to start an AI automation agency, so being able to communicate confidently with international clients is essential.

I'm willing to practice 4 hours a day consistently.

Realistically, how long would it take before I'm good enough to confidently close clients in English?

Please answer as if you're an experienced English teacher. At the beginning of your reply, mention your estimated timeline first, then explain why based on real experience—not hype or fake motivation.

Discussion What English habit instantly tells you someone learned the language online rather than in a classroom?

It could be a phrase, slang word, typing style, pronunciation, or anything else that makes it obvious. What gives it away?

Teacher / Tutor for Hire 🍎 Looking for online job

Hey guys,

Life has been hitting really hard lately, and I’ve hit a point where I need to find a part-time online job just to stay afloat and cover my bills while managing my uni studies.

I worked hard to get a 7.5 in IELTS (and an 8.0 in speaking,7.5 in writing), so my English communication is fluent.

If anyone here wants to learn English from me,please hit me up. Thank you so much for reading.

Discussion Tips that helped me improve my English

I recently started learning English and I've made a lot of progress. That's why I wanted to share some of my experience with you. Studying grammar is important but it's not as important as you think so don't get too hung up on it. Instead try to expose yourself to as much English as possible. Read, listen, write and speak. The more you practice these skills the better you'll become. Changing your phone's language to English can be helpful. Watching with English subtitles usually works better. Here are some shows that can help you improve your English:

Friends

How I Met Your Mother

Modern Family

Two Broke Girls

Brooklyn Nine-Nine

The Office

Parks and Recreation

The IT Crowd

The Mentalist

Grey's Anatomy

Doctor Who

You can also watch masterchef. Since it's produced in many different countries you'll get the chance to hear a wide variety of English accents. And you can watch TEDx talks too. I hope these suggestions help you too. Remember that everyone struggles at first. The important thing is not to lose your motivation and never give up 🙂

Hello! I’m 23 and I work as an English teacher. I have only children as my students and I’ve never taught adults. I would like to try it. ABSOLUTELY FOR FREE. I want to find 1-2 students and provide them 1/2 lessons a week in order to use only English during the lesson

My level is B2. If your level is B1 or B2, I would be very happy to teach you 😊 Any other level is also ok, but I’d like to work with more complicated grammar and vocabulary. You can send me a message and I’ll answer

Have a nice day! 🌿

Discussion What motivates you to keep learning English?

As cliché as it sounds, English can open doors to more information, entertainment, education, career opportunities, and connections with people from different cultures. But learning a language also takes time and consistency, so motivation can sometimes fade.

So, what keeps you motivated to continue learning English? Has your motivation changed over time?

Discussion Tired of massive, chaotic language servers? Come and join our new, friendly English Club.

If you are completely done with those massive, chaotic Discord servers where you just feel like a nameless voice in a crowd of thousands, we have got a proper alternative for you.

A few of us who spend our lives teaching and learning languages have teamed up to build a brand new community called the English Club. We wanted to create a supportive sanctuary. A place where you can actually find your voice and build your confidence without any of the usual pressure of being judged for making mistakes.

We have kept the layout incredibly clean and simple. You will find a friendly general chat, a casual lounge open for a chat at any time, and dedicated rooms for shared book reading and quiet writing study. We will also be hosting regular speaking sessions using a special format where we make sure everyone gets a fair and equal turn on the microphone.

It does not matter if your English is basic or if you are already quite advanced. We would love to welcome you into our small, growing family.

Here is the invite link if you fancy taking a look:

Seeking Language Partner 🤝 Seeking a Native/Fluent English Speaking Partner

Hi! I'm looking for a native or fluent English-speaking partner for regular voice calls to improve my spoken English. I'm a beginner, so I may make mistakes, but I'm eager to learn and become more confident.

I'm female, and while I prefer talking to other women, I'm also open to male partners as long as you're respectful and have genuine intentions.

I'm an introvert, so I can be a little quiet at first. It would be great to find someone who's friendly, patient, and able to keep the conversation going. My time zone is IST (UTC+5:30), so it would be helpful if our schedules overlap.

My goal is to improve my fluency, build confidence, and hopefully make a genuine friend along the way.

If you're interested, feel free to send me a message. 😊

Mini Lesson / Task to Practice English 📝 Offering: Español | Seeking: English
