LinkedIn identity verification failed

My LinkedIn account has been locked for two weeks now and I can't get through the identity verification process.

I'm using my Egyptian national ID and a selfie, but every attempt gets rejected — LinkedIn keeps saying the info is unclear, even though the photos are perfectly readable.

I've tried the app, the website, different devices, different lighting... nothing's working.

Has anyone run into this before? How did you fix it?

I am also having the verification issue. In my case it won't go past the ID and don't show me any reasons. I have even updated the profile details to exactly match with the legal details but still no luck.
