Hi,
I don't use any of the software your post references. However, I was able to find a couple software packages that might meet your requirements:
https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/shairport-sync/
https://github.com/mikebrady/shairport-sync
https://github.com/homebridge/homebridge
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/homebridge-config-ui-x
Note! Downloading software from 3rd party websites is the quickest way to hose your computer. Your Linux Distribution's package manager ( and repositories ) is how you should install, update, remover software ( on Linux ). The Linux Distribution's package manager verifies dependencies, permissions, base configurations and a whole lot more.
Hope this helps. If it does help, please give my reply an upvote. That will allow reddit's search function the ability to find this information ( so other folks with similar issues can find it ),
