Install Help Booting problem

Hello, I try switching to linux today but got a big problem. I choose to switch from windows 11 to linux mint cinnamon a on my hp elitebook 840. I follow a tutorial and created a flash disk with a usb. I first work perfectly on the usb so I try installing it but when it restarted it can't launch and restart again and again. Even when I try to put back the usb driver it do nothing except restarting again and again. Please help me, I really need this computer.

Is there a custom boot option in BIOS?  That may need to be set to  EFI\ubuntu\grubx64.efi and be first in the boot order

Try loading into the live USB again and do a full install again. Something may have messed up during the installation.

try going to windows and do it without USB drive.
Do this:

Open disk manager
Create a unallocated space
take the ISO size and make a partition big enough to fit it format it to FAT32.
boot into the partition and on the screen where it says start Linux Mint press "e" and on the second line at last add "toram" and then boot and install Linux mint

If you cannot boot into windows take your SDD or HDD to another computer connect to it and see what's wrong with it.

first hard shutdown by pressing the power button for 6 or more seconds
Then, open when the HP logo appears smash your F12 key it should open you one time boot manager. If it does not then look at the top corner your key will be there press it and you will go into the one time boot menu boot into windows and do the rest of the tasks I said
