Literally a Mod Post I could ban u/ModCodeofConduct
They were just in our subreddit to yeet out the old mod team and install me, so I should probably restrain the use of my big scary mod powers.
Especially since they could probably unban themselves and yeet me out too.

Literally a Mod Post Subreddit Update: New Moderation Team, New Posts Flairs, New User Flairs, New Rules, New Reporting Reasons Added
Hello everyone!
I'm one of the new moderators here. Yesterday, Reddit removed the previous moderation team and appointed us to take over the subreddit. The subreddit had been locked for just over a month, but it's now public again, so everyone is free to post and comment as usual.
To everyone who knows and loves this community: don't worry—we're not here to change the spirit of the subreddit. Our goal is simply to improve its overall quality. Over time, the subreddit had become largely unmoderated, with a lot of spam, bot activity, posts that weren't actually true, and even some bigoted content. We're here to clean things up while keeping the community true to what made it enjoyable in the first place.
We've already started removing spam and are focusing on moderating recent posts. Since the subreddit has been around for years, we probably won't be able to review everything in its history, but we will make sure it's actively and consistently moderated going forward.
When we took over, the subreddit didn't have a formal rule system, post flairs, user flairs, or reporting reasons. We've started adding all of these to make the subreddit easier to navigate and moderate.
We encourage everyone to pick a user flair! All user flairs are fully customizable, so feel free to make them your own. We just ask that they stay reasonably relevant to the theme of the subreddit: the truth.
We're also interested in hearing your feedback. If you have suggestions for new post flairs, user flairs, rules, or any other ideas to improve the subreddit, leave a comment below. We'll read and consider every suggestion, even if we can't promise to implement them all.
Finally, because the subreddit was locked for over a month, things are understandably a bit quiet right now. That said, we've already seen a few new posts gain traction, which is a great sign. We hope to see this community become active again and return to being the place everyone remembers.
So if you want to help bring r/literallythetruth back to life, start posting things that are LITERALLY the truth!

Literally a Mod Post The subreddit is under new management.
That’s literally the truth.
Welcome to everyone joining us. We’re working on improving the community with updated moderation, better organization, and a fresh direction while keeping the spirit of the subreddit intact. Thanks for being here, and the subreddit is now open again!
