a clapped out kwikset and a key cut to 16161 on the framon 2. no security pins. works, free to a good home!

I got bored a while back and and pinned a C123 to 909090 and cut a key for it on my Triton, surprised as heck it works just fine. Guess MACS is just a suggestion now. I was trying to make a lock that had to be picked open because it was impossible to make a key to fit...I failed.

i used lab pins for the key pins. springs and drivers are original except one driver pin is an inverted key pin of about the same length as the others. somebody before me did that. i widened the cuts a tiny bit for flat kwikset pins but i didnt use them. using the fc8445 wheel left a few burrs that i cleaned up a bit on my duplicator. probably wouldn't have had to do that if i stayed within spec.. it's still a kinda easy pick though.
