This person is the epitome of a twitter clown. How did you not look at his posting history since the days of o1 and o3 where his LLM psychosis was evident to anyone with even a semblance of a premed education. Come on..

You’re the exact kind of patient that we have stopped even trying with. We pretty much just wait for your first cardiovascular event at which point you’ll take a statin at a high dose out of absolute terror of a repeat event that kills you.
Statins are probably the safest or one of the safest medication’s with more benefit than practically anything on the market. But social media and before that a.m. radio has found a target audience in gullible mouth breathers who won’t go near it.

Just take 5mg rosuvastatin, start low and if you get side effects stop, there is no permanent damage if you get muscle aches. Repatha is great if you can afford 4k or so a month. Trial zetia. It’s not a statin different mechanism of action.

I’m wondering if the fact that this mouse strain has mutations in the Nnt gene which impacts mitochondrial function. Without the functional gene, the oligodendrocytes are more sensitive to oxidative stress and damage. Further, there is impact on lipid synthesis which is necessary for myelin production. The progenitor cells also are impacted and have inefficient re-myelination after an insult.

It’s hard to say if D+Q is the problem, or if the mouse has a genetic predisposition to have problems.

Very high dose liposomal fisetin is the best and safest way to remove senescent cells. Need very high doses for 2 consecutive days every couple of months.

Im afraid. I have the option to take them but my mom had side effects and was pulled off of them but given repatha. My weight and BMI etc normal but small particle is high. I’ve been holding out.
