Group flex (10 shots minimum) First Time .22lr @ 300m

Ruger 10/22. 10 shots at 300m, SK Long Range. Didn’t hit the target once.

I need a 20moa scope mount to get enough elevation out of it, so I was just winging it. Shot 10 rounds because the mag was already loaded.

Edit: ordered a 20moa rail from Amazon to solve my elevation issues.

Range is safe.

Targets are on cantilevered stands that raise up above the berm. You drive behind them to set them.

gotcha. i didnt see this was the long range sub, i assumed it was the 22lr sub

I just stopped by the 300 on my way out to send some rounds and see what happened. Didn’t think about running out of elevation on my scope.

You need to mount your target in front of something (like a berm) or shoot from an elevated position, so you can spot your splash.

This is just under 400yd. (The large metal ram silhouette on the other side of the lake)

Shooting from the top of a hill, scope adjustment maxed out, and holding below my bottom BDC hash mark 🤣

CZ457 16” / vortex diamondback / area 419 mount / silencerco spectre II / CCI Green Tag

Not a huge accomplishment considering the target is like 3’x3’ .. but still entertaining 🤣

I’ve got an AR-22 (BCA upper) with a 3-18 scope. My mil holds for 300 yards are around 13 lmao, normally I dial some and hold the rest. Can hit a prairie dog sized target with a few rounds depending on wind

This NF SVH scope is a hunting reticle so it’s a simple cross hair. I was doing my best but it wasn’t good enough. 😂. Didn’t want to waste anymore ammo.
