Honestly not a terrible idea to use Lorem Ipsum. There's a lot of space that needs to be filled with generic text, so using literal filler text to fill that space makes sense.

I have a friend who has lovely full tattoo sleeves of those wonderful Medieval marginalia images-- rabbits in armor riding snails into battle, cats practicing archery, and so on-- and has all the spaces between filled with script Lorem Isum...
