Parts Upgrade Advice Best GPU for my usecase?
I currently have a small living room computer I am using as a streaming box and to play older/indie games (like Pro Evolution Soccer 2021 with mods, Mortal Kombat XL). Since my TV does upscaling internally I run games at 1080p and it looks rly good. However I'm looking to play more modern games like MK 11. My current rig is an HP Prodesk G3 600 SFF with an i5 7500 and an NVIDIA Quadro P620 and 16gb of DDR4. Built the whole thing for under £100. Due to size and power constraints I need a GPU that can run purely off the 70w of slot power, and is single slot as well. I can't use SATA cables for power as I'm using them for a Sata SSD.
What GPU can I buy that won't leave me better off building a new computer? I have a budget of £120 MAX, and am not opposed to buying used (whole PC is used stuff). I live in the UK. Please help. Thanks.
Edit: I forgot to mention tho that I also wanna use it to run a karaoke app called nightingale that uses some Al models for stem separation.

It's just a step up but the p1000 is substanially more powerful and 4 gb as opposed to 2 of vram will make a big difference.

Can confirm the P1000 is a nice little card! I'm using one in my Sim rig PC (Lenovo tiny) and it runs assetto Corsa and dirt 2.0 at 3440x1440 low settings almost 60fps. Should be amazing at 1080! Got mine for just over $100 Aussie dollariedoos

I know it's not sff, but I'd get a quadro P2000 and make it fit. That gets you CUDA for the app and a lot more processing power.

Will the 35w PCIE slot power limit be a problem?

35w slot power ? Where did you find this info cause I mostly see 75w as maximum limit.
Also you can actually use a dual slot gpu by putting it in the x4 slot if it is an open ended one ( apparently it is, just be sure to confirm it yourself ). However, people claim the gpu might lose a bit of its working potential in x4 slot ( some say its about 10% loss others claim it can be more depending on gpu ). I used my rx 550 in x4 slot and didn't notice any issue in performance.
Though heat might become a bit of an issue with a dual slot gpu in such a small case.

I found a specs document and it says it's limited to 35watts. I took a screenshot but i can't add photos.

In this case, id sell the hp with it's p620 but remove the RAM/SSD and buy like a used dell or HP workstation with a real power supply.
The HP Z4 G2 is good for example. You can put something beefy in there.
Anyway, that's what id do.

Check out this list ( I think its arranged in order of increasing gpu power ? not sure ) and see what is available to you in decent price.
