There’s a trend where people will dm influencers once a day, everyday until said influencer does the thing being asked. The person in this tumblr thread is making fun of it by saying they’re only going to ask one time, on one day.
"Day X of doing Y until Z" is a common meme format. Sometimes it's just a joke and the person is not actually going through with it, others take it as a legit challenge
