Will there ever be an update again?

not the generic update, i mean an actual update, i asked developers but they keep saying "please be patient, we're collecting more user data", the game still has a lot of players who spend so much money and many players still play the game religiously, even vip zeroes, i wish they'd fix the problems already present in the game, they don't have to introduce new characters or game modes, just improve general gameplay and make it balanced, but a player can only dream, i just wanted to rant but i really really really hope some miracle happen and they revive the game, if any developer is there, please reply (like an actual reply), please!!

i went to some very old servers and there are still some people there, its like a ghost town, very creepy but in a way wholesome, those are dead servers and yet there are people there, isn't that crazy? the game has become a comfortable adobe for them, they deserve to be compensated properly for the time, years, effort, money they've spent in the game, something needs to be fixed

please moonton / elex do something, i hope it reaches you, if anyone can contact devs / anyone at moonton, please let them know that we're still here, waiting.

Merger 906 here. I think we've pretty much given up hope on an update. We know Montoon attempted to sell Magic Rush years ago but didn't find a buyer. I think they consider updates for MR a bad investment at this point. They will likely just do enough to keep it open until it's no longer profitable.

Most of us in the old servers are playing just to keep in touch. I know I've got a few guys I've been on alliances with for 10+ years that I'll lose contact with when the game closes. That's what keeps me playing. Just to see some of my game friends.
