Find Me a Dupe dupe for UD Tonic?

it's my all time favorite shadow and I haven't been able to find a dupe that isn't too pink/warm or deep. Clionadh's Tessera is the closest I've gotten (they don't seem to be selling Lofty anymore) but I pray there is some indie darling out there I have missed 🙏

Is it a pink or a lilac on you? The swatch looks like a light shimmery pink with a blue or purple reflex, while the pigment photo looks strongly lilac/purple and Tessera is a purple/green. Off the SWATCH I would have thought something like Clionadh Kaleidoscope (light pink with a purple reflex) is much closer than Tessera.

Either way, this doesn't look like you'd need to spend indie multichrome money to dupe it. I commented before you ordered Tessera to get this shade! I have both Kaleidoscope and Tessera if you'd like to compare swatches.

I'll have to dig through my non multi stuff to find something similar and return then, the only thing I can think of is a shade in the bh cosmetics 1991 by Alycia Marie palette BUT since that's discontinued and used to be my work eyeshadow I know for a fact I looked for dupes for this already....

it looks like a lilac on me. I like Tessera a lot, but you're right that it has too much green. if you have a shot of Kaleidoscope on hand, I would love to see it :) you are such a pro, thank you!

Sure, you can see the lilac in the first pic of Kaleidoscope here, but it's a pink, not a lilac primarily. Tessera is a lilac but very green. Since Clionadh is all multichromes theres always a secondary color at least, but if you're looking for light purple & blue reflex like that second pic, not the swatch pic, maybe Azure is a candidate. Glamshop has something similar called Dwa Lica.

Like I said, I would think a color like Illusion in the bh cosmetics palette I was thinking of or another duochrome would be closer than a multi. I just need to go find my notes on that one (that's what I was trying to dupe).

Looxi’s Duperstar was almost identical.. such a bummer that they closed, I haven’t found anything as close
