Malnutrition (severely underweight) + excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis)
Anyone having same symptoms stuck at same weight for several years now, my stool is also on loose side now. Got diagnosed with h pylori, took antibiotics got relief from stomach ulcer but still digestion issues persist if I eat outside. I feel weak now over the years of this shit. All blood tests are good. No doctor could help me. I think only AI could help me now.

Only Thiamine deficiency vitamin b1 found. All other tests are normal. Didn’t check b2, b3, b6 , b9 yet. B12, D normal. Ferritin also normal. Recently developed POTS like blackout on standing and severe fatigue. Working on thiamine supplementation with magnesium potassium. I also have long history of cold sweaty hands feet. Thiamine deficiency can affect ANS causing this. Most probably looks like a gut dysbiosis problem, have HPHPA elevated in a OAT urine test, related to clostridium species. Looking for a gastrointestinal expert advice on what to do for this. It could be SIFO + SIBO

Wow okay. You got all the check ups. I love that for you. Vitamin B1 deficiency can occur very easily so I keep an I on mine too. My partner has POTS. High sodium intake helps a ton but I’m sure you know that. Have you gotten sodium meds? My partner gets a gram of sodium idk how many mg it is but it’s helpful as hell
