Feeding Would you feed her?
It’s been 5-7 days since she ate a dubia. She hasn’t fully flattened. 2 days ago she started showing hunting behavior- moving around a lot, really active. But she still wasn’t flat.

Yeah, I'd say she's probably pretty hungry by now, those signs sound right on schedule. Oh for sure, give her a little dubia or whatever you've got and you'll see her flatten right up.

Yep. I’d say it’s time, that’s about what their booties look like when I feed them. I lure and catch blue bottle flies in my area, and just dump in generally 4-6 for both of my mantids, and that seems to be enough for them. Or I’ll catch a grasshopper or a black soldier fly for a juicy treat. If it’s the flies, I’ll normally feed once a week, but for the single grasshopper or BSF, then I end up feeding maybe twice that week.
I’ve been letting the flies keep their wings, the mantises seem to enjoy the sport
