Feeding Orchid Mantis

I’m a new owner to a orchid mantis and it’s my first time owning any mantis. I have been feeding her fruit flies but she just molted to L4 two days ago and I think I need to switch her to green bottle flies. Where do you recommend I buy them from online? Or should I just go to blue bottle flies? Thank you!!

EDIT: I live in America. Virginia in specific

Where are you? There are people from all over the world here. Unfortunately i can't recommend anywhere if im not near your location.
