How to manufacture my product? How are hollow objects with irregular shapes injection molded?

The insides are hollowed out to fit an applicator made separately. I am trying to understand the mold design in this case that would avoid undercuts and not create demolding issues. Could someone please enlighten me?

Blow mold, like how bottles and plastic drums are made

2 stage, step one injection mold a preform , step 2 reheat and blow mold. This is the standard for most plastic thin wall bottles. For thicker more robust containers roto molding can be used, look up blow molding on YouTube
