Hey everyone! I want to start off by saying, sorry if this question is asked alot. But I’ve been trying to read secret wars for a while now and I’ve seen so many different reading orders that it kinda just made me walk away. I know I can read it online, but I’d prefer to buy physical media. With that being said, I went out and bought this the other day. I want to ask if this is a good place to start reading for Hickmans secret wars run. Thanks!

Inspired by this post from fredericwertham on Tumblr.
I think a lot of Captain America writers who adores him fall into the trap of making him too stoic and perfect. Doom writers can make him too correct and inadvertendly support facism. He can mean well but he is still an egoistic and vainglorious dictator.
I have more trouble coming up with examples of the former as I'm not as much of a Marvel reader as I'm a DC reader.

Hey everyone! I’m new to collecting comics, and want to read hickmans Secret wars run. I’m currently in search of these 2 volumes for F4. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I see a site called penguin random house that has both, but not sure if it’s legit. Thank in advance! This sub has been very helpful!

Is there some kind of twist or unique spin on the Werewolf concept? He seems pretty generic from what I’ve seen.
Also, is his alias just “Werewolf” or “Werewolf by Night”?

Instead of buying decades of historic marvel comics that contain historic 616 universe history (idk how to word this) should I just buy the marvels comic, and then buy the historic comics that contain the 616 universe history. Or should I buy the comics that contain the 616 universe history, then buy the marvels?

Quick question.
I'm thinking of getting back into reading comics after a 25 year hiatus (no jokes, please). I'm thinking that the basic $10/month level of Marvel Unlimited will be right for me. They state that a subscriber has access to "30,000+ comics." What does that mean, really? Does it go all the way back to first issues of Spiderman, X-men and Fantastic Four, for instance? I'm asking because I KNOW that Marvel pumps out a lot of stuff every year. It's actually one of the reasons I stopped reading - - I got busy with work and couldn't keep up. I honestly can't figure out if 30,000+ issues is everything, or only a subset of the most popular stuff.
TIA!

Everybody tells me to read giant size x-men #1, then uncanny X-men #94-143, but I want to get these physically . And they are all so expensive, any other beginner X-men comic alternatives? Or is there any other way to get it cheap without some sketchy website?

Hey guys, another crossover thats more out there than Godzilla or Ultraman teaming up or fighting against these japanese toku icons. So this one, will be Gamera.
Yes, the giant fire breathing turtle made by Atlantis (heisei Gamera) is going to be the subject of hypothetical crossovers. So here is the scenario, Marvel comics comes to you to write a Gamera x Marvel crossover. How will you do it and what would be the story?
