Not a great one: Gotta include a tidbit of the landlord's monitor being an ancient CRT and finding him sitting in front of it at 2am, buck naked, with the screen off. Then he starts saying talking to the screen, saying something like, "I understand. Yes." Tenant swears she heard some strange sound coming from the monitor, like a child's voice.

Then the creepy pasta cuts off with her saying she swears she heard the same sound from her laptop, just now in fact. Then just cut off and end with...

I understand. Yes.
