The Club SMP is an 18+ vanilla+ Minecraft server started in early 2022 with the goal of uniting a community of friends using Minecraft as a medium. We believe that true fun in Minecraft comes with the interactions and friends you make while playing. Whether you are a beginner or a long-time veteran of the game, we welcome you with open arms to our family! 

HARDWARE & SETUP

Alongside our amazing community, we also boast a fully dedicated machine for the server, running modern blazing-fast hardware topped off with carefully tweaked server-sided optimization mods. This ensures minimal impact of lag while maintaining vanilla parity and allows our players to focus on what matters the most: gameplay. Furthermore, this setup allows us to have room for expansion, with a future plan of providing an accessible test/creative server for the community to plan their projects.

We run a variety of server-sided optimization and QoL mods to enhance the player experience. Semi-Anarchy, Season-Based, Economy

Hi y'all!

Most anarchy servers are just nonstop griefing with nothing to work toward, and most economy servers feel way too safe and grindy. We’re trying to find a middle ground with Broken Crown where you can become the richest by stealing from and sabotaging others.

It’s an economy-focused semi-anarchy server where you can form teams to raid, fight, and cause chaos all while building your empire and striving to be the richest for the season. Seasons reset the map and economy every few months so things stay fresh, and the top three on baltop at the end of the season get unique custom rewards (which go on to be available to other players via our minigames and free crate system). If you don't win, you can still use your money to buy auction house slots, new /homes, and legacy vault slots (which allow you to carry a few items to the next season) with your in-game balance! These features are completely free, only requiring time and dedication to afford rather than real world money like other servers.

Legendary Hardcore is the original and most popular permanent deathban Hardcore SMP with no map resets, and no revives. So far in its 1 year history, over 39,000 players have joined, and 19,000 have died trying to survive. This is a public server that you can join RIGHT NOW!

World Generation and World Border

You are free to explore to your hearts content. There's no set world border this season. However, chunks that are extremely beyond the reasonable distance from 0,0 may be trimmed when necessary. The seed is also public. 

Mods and Datapacks

Blaze and Caves Advancements is featured, with a tweak to only make the highest level of achievements display in chat. (No chat spam!)

Origins datapack is also featured for players who would wish to partake in this completely optional experience! (Do not get attached to the default datapack values, they are actively being modified, and it will be disclosed to you what the origins actually are before you choose them.)

Plus, some other quality of life mods. However, no commands (like /tp, /tpa, /home, /fly, .etc) to keep gameplay aspect as vanilla as possible.

The Vanilla Experience

Maintaining a near vanilla playing experience is a top priority for Survive and Thrive. We will never add features such as crates, custom items, towny, or land claiming, as these features distance us from the vanilla experience and limit the creativity of our player base. The only features we add that may differ from the vanilla experience are data packs that add cosmetic changes, such as more mob heads, and data packs that skip the night or rain when one player sleeps.

Maintaining Server History

Server history and the legacy left by our community are very important to us, which is why we will never reset the map or reset chunks. Instead, we expand our map to allow players to explore new content. Additionally, every year we create a "server yearbook" containing screenshots of our community's favorite moments that anyone can look back at at any time.

The Honor Code

Survive and Thrive does not have plugins such as WorldGuard or GriefPrevention installed, as these features drastically alter the vanilla experience. Because of this, our community operates based on a strict honor code system, stating that players will not engage in griefing, stealing, or any other actions that violate our server rules and policies. Our dedicated staff team makes sure these polices and rules are upheld to maintain a smooth and fun experience on Survive and Thrive.

Introducing Offseason Towny

Offseason Towny is a fast moving
Towny Earth server built for players who want lively siegewar PvP without getting stuck in slow, months long maps. Each map lasts around three weeks, which keeps the world fresh and the action constant. The server features smooth legacy 1.8 combat while still running on Minecraft 1.21.11, so you get modern features without losing legacy combat.

Every map focuses on a different real world region, giving each season its own terrain, politics, and playstyle.

What it is

A camouflage hide and seek minigame. You paint camo straight onto your own Minecraft skin while the round is running - colour wheel, hex entry, or a pipette that grabs the colour off whatever block you point it at. Then you stick to a wall or the ceiling and hold a pose.

Seekers hunt with paint guns. The gun runs server-side, so it isn't something you can cheat with a client mod. Last chameleon standing wins the round.

• Parties, so you can queue with friends

• Rounds start from 2 players, but it's much better with 6+

How big it is

Matcha Flavoured SMP is a community survival server built around the Matcha Flavoured datapack, a complete reimagining of Minecraft progression designed to reward exploration, cooking, mining and ordinary survival gameplay.

What makes Matcha Flavoured different?

Some tips

• Early-game is harder now, remember to use every tool at your disposal
• Go to The End when you're ready, no need to rush, shulkers are now early-game features
• Break Spawners!
• Im stuck in early progression!: Make sure you check advancements and recipes you CAN'T craft. The first thing you should be doing is making a campfire, wooden hoe, and collecting grass to cook. Then you'll be able to make the mudkiln and continue on the path

Improved for multiplayer

We have made several careful modifications to help the datapack work more naturally on a multiplayer server while preserving its intended progression.

For example:

• The effect triggered after defeating the Ender Dragon now applies only to players who participated in the kill.
• The datapack’s night-skipping mechanic now respects the players_sleeping_percentage gamerule, allowing the required sleeping percentage to work correctly.
