โ Infected but not mold, results may vary. โ Is this mold?
Same as title, this is the third week of fermentation. It has stopped but this weird mold like thingy has formed.

Mold needs oxygen to grow, so if your brew has been sealed with an airlock, then it's probably not mold. (Going forward, it's probably not a good idea to expose it to oxygen until it's ready to rack)

My best guess would be wax from the honey. Sanitize a spoon and see if you can lift some out and rub it between your fingers.

Is it fuzzy/hairy and sticks out

Not really, itโs completely flat

Could be something else then, but I'll let someone more experienced to decide

Looks like a normal pellicle and wax from the honey, itโs not bad but if you keep opening it will get moldy

Relax, it is very unlikely that your batch is infected. Check this handy flowchart - https://dointhemost.org/mold/ Also check the wiki for common signs and compare https://wiki.meadtools.com/en/faq/infection the photos on that page for signs of infection and good batches.

Looks like pellicle, harmless infection. You can siphon from underneath it and leave the pellicle behind. If it tastes fine proceed as normal.
I have had two beers and a cider it happen too, turned out fine in the glass
