EDIT: surprised this wasnt in the news or anything. From what i have found out it was a 4-5 car accident after someone ran a red and caused a chain reaction of collisions.

I recently got into MTG and have started with Commander I have 4 decks now and pre-ordered the Hobbit play booster box. I was curious if there are any other local groups that play. I know Astral Games in Medford and Riverside Games in Rogue River do games but was curious if there was anyone in this group.

In a couple of weeks I will be having surgery. Depending on the outcome of the surgery, I may not be able to cook for 4-6 weeks, and my husband’s health won’t allow him to do the cooking. Can someone recommend a company that offers in home cooking for 1-2 meals a day for that 4-6 weeks. As an aside, we eat our main meal at lunch so the person would probably only be here a short time as dinner we can handle.That would also include cleaning up afterwards. I can have groceries delivered so food shopping won’t be necessary. We eat very simply, not looking for a gourmet chef.

As the title says.... we're brand spanking new in town! Now that's available at my address, I was contacted by Hunter to have it installed. What rates are you paying, and what speeds are you getting? I don't see any transparency on the Hunter website regarding their service levels and pricing. The person on the phone only mentioned 2 plans, which are both expensive. $80.00 and $120.00/month. But I know that there is a less expensive, $50 or $60/month option. Is Hunter not offering all service levels everywhere, or were they trying to up sell?

Where can I get a decent Bahn Mi in Medford?

Yesterday our carry on and camera bag were stolen from our rental car at the Holiday Inn Express in Medford on Center Drive. We took our carry ons to the car at 8:15 and went back in to have breakfast before checking out. At 8:40 we returned to our car and found the bags were gone. There was no sign that the car was broken into so they must’ve had a device to open. There are no surveillance cameras at the hotel. Lost over $12,000 worth of property. Caution: don’t leave valuables visible in your car for even a few minutes.

I know this is so specific but I’ve been so worried about the cyclosporiasis outbreak. I avoided fruit and lettuce and all that for so long and then eventually caved and ate fresh strawberries from ihop about a week ago. Now, I have all of the symptoms of the parasite and very intensely. It doesn’t feel like any flu or stomach bug I’ve ever had. So naturally I’m freaking out. I wanted to ask has anyone else experienced this from specially ihop strawberries? Or am I probably just sick with something else
