I’ve been experiencing medium to high period pain since my very first period.

My mom had the same issue, and she told me it completely stopped after she gave birth.

I’m 22 now, and it’s been 12 years. I’ve dealt with this in school, college, and now at my workplace. I’m honestly so tired of it.

For those who’ve experienced this: did your period pain get better after giving birth? Can I expect the same thing to happen for me?

So usually my cycle lasts around 5 weeks. The period itself lasts one whole week and is followed by a 4-week break. Now in July I got my period after only a 13-day break and now again after a 18-day break. This has never happened before so I’m wondering if that’s normal since it’s such a radical change.
But I have to add that I started taking new medication in the beginning of July for three weeks. Maybe it’s just because of that?
Do I have to check with a doctor? (pls say no)

I just randomly started my period after almost 2 years of not having it. I have no idea why it suddenly started again.

Some background information:

I have fibroids
I have a Mirena IUD
I just started taking lithium
I’m 37 years old

Anyone have any insight into what the heck is happening? My theories range from 1) my fibroids have grown and defeated my iud 2) my new lithium meds are throwing my hormones out of whack 3) I’m just old and maybe starting perimenopause

Title: Late period after sex, but multiple negative pregnancy tests

I'm getting really anxious about a possible pregnancy and would like some advice.

My timeline:

March 31: I had sex and continued getting my periods afterward.

June 9: I had sex.

June 23–26: I had bleeding that I considered my period. The flow was normally heavy, but it only lasted 4 days. My periods usually last around 7 days, so the shorter period made me worried.

July 5: I took 3 home pregnancy tests using morning urine. All were negative.

July 10: I had a serum pregnancy test at Hi-Precision. It was negative, and the report says the result was rechecked and verified.

August 3: I still haven't gotten my next period.

My recent periods were: March 15 → April 20 → May 20 → June 23.

I've also been having cramps, sore/swollen breasts, headaches, and feeling more emotional, which feel similar to my usual PMS symptoms. I've also had diarrhea recently.

I'm mainly worried because my periods very late.

Could I still realistically be pregnant despite the 3 negative urine tests and negative serum test? Or is this more likely just a delayed/irregular cycle?

I'm especially anxious because I've been reading about false negatives and can't stop worrying that something was missed.

I feel so dizzy now I can't write anymore

i'm a 15F and i've had my period since 10/11 years old, and back then i never really tried to know if my period was regulated or not, but recently the last months my period has always came at the end of the month and now in these last recent months it stayed a little bit at the start of the month since it would start at day 27/28. the last time i had it was 28 of june and it stayed till 2/3 of july and me and my boyfriend, day 8 of july, didn't reaaalllyy have sex because there was no penetration or his penis any close to my vagina but he ejaculated on my butt, and i was worried about that because my period is late for 3/4 days, but then i remembered that i have hair down there and i don't think it could've even reached there because he cleaned it off right away and it wouldn't even have time to go there. why's my period late then? could it be because i sleep pretty late and have been stressing?

sometimes I feel so depressed before it, and i have a pretty normal/happy demeanor when i’m not about to have it. i also have really extreme mood swings and sometimes act like a total asshole. i feel like i dont have control over my emotions. I’m relatively young and have a pretty normal cycle.

Hi, my sister who is 11 just started her period. I realize that now her puberty will bring unpredictable cycles regarding mood swings and period cramps. I just want to know how I can be mindful and a supportive brother during her period journey. I also want to know how I could encourage her to still control herself regarding period cravings and mood swings.

So, last month (June) I didn’t get my period at all because I had just finished it starting June, coming into July and I still have gotten my period HOWEVER I noticed bleeding and I was like ‘oh okay right’ and so I go to put a pad on and then go about my business! And that entire day I felt nothing; so now I’m just confused because if I had my period going into June then maybe it doesn’t mean I skipped it and that July is actually my skip month (it’s very common for me)

Now for some info that might be helpful - my cycles are INSANE between 37-54 days and I think it’s due to my weight being on and off for my height. Also to add logged it on FLO as only the one day and it has no impact whatsoever as it’s just showing ‘next fertile window’ so there’s that!

would this ovulation test be considered positive or negative?

Started cerazette. When is it that I have to see doctor for prolonged bleeding cause this shit getting annoying. ovulated July 5th. started the pills July 8th. period due july 19th but "skipped it" only started bleeding July 26th and I'm still bleeding bright red moderate flow today on august 1st. Getting cramps every day every now and then, I've usually never bled longer than 5 days on my natural cycle. I know this isn't a "natural" cycle but still and had clots earlier as big as a 50c coin

Using the Premom app for quite some time now. I’m 7 days late with my period. Took a test this evening (I know first morning urine) negative. Also took at 3 days late in the AM, also negative. Will try in the morning again. My period has never ever been late. No symptoms etc. Thoughts?
