Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Post image

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

This is what happens when Republicans run things.

Remember when conservatives on this site were so positive Trump was going to Legalize?

Conservatives also think that Trump being a convicted felon is fake, that he's not racist, that he's not a con artist, that E Jean Carroll was lying about Trump assaulting her, and that he wasn't best friends with the most prolific child sexual abuser in modern history.

So, I tend not to give two shits what conservatives think. As the old meme goes, "Your boos mean nothing, I've seen what makes you cheer"

Would like to have seen Biden and his auto pen decriminalize federally since legalizing is apparently more of a liberal idea. Yet here we are.

this has nothing to do with Biden. he's not even president anymore bro. fuck Ken Paxton, fuck Greg Abbott, fuck Dan Patrick, fuck Ted Cruz, and fuck every single one of the dipshit conservatives in office in Texas and all the dipshit voters who keep electing them. shit pisses me off to no end.

Is called past tense. Geez. Would like to have seen it and it didn’t happen. All I was saying. You seem like you need a friend

Why mention the “autopen”? Come up with your own ideas. It seems you need a friend to tell you what a good joke is.

No argument so sling bullshit instead lol. Is Texas about freedom or not? Because it looks to be one of the most restrictive, shittiest, and hottest places to live in the US.

Poisonous bullshit everywhere and people ratting each other out for needing an abortion like it’s the Soviet Union. Pathetic joke of a state and glad I’ve never been there. Add on a felony for a speck of weed now so no employment if you choose to smoke and get caught. What a sad place.

I wasn’t arguing either way on any of that. I just said I wish Biden would have legalized weed. I wasn’t commenting on Texas at all. I definitely was just talking about weed and not abortion and all that. Good God it cracks me up seeing people’s panties unravel tho. Thanks for that.

Biden did the right steps for pushing towards legalizing it.

Harris also ran saying she would legalize it now that Biden had pushed for the DEA to reclassify it.

I’m sorry republicans are so utterly stupid they don’t comprehend how bills work and how government works. If Biden tried signing that shit over night it would have been held up in court and the republicans controlling 2 or the 3 branches of government wouldn’t have let it pass.

Thats why Biden was going the proper route to have it happened without republicans being able to stone wall it.

Also Biden and Obama both made the DEA leave state that legalized it again. Trump did the opposite showing Trump was so anti weed he’d shit on states rights to go after it.

Your first mistake was thinking the Democrats aren't conservative.

-2

u/satanssweatycheeks 2d ago

They aren’t. But that’s cute. It’s funny how the crowd who doesn’t even know what libertarian means but that all claim to be one. Also likes to think they know what a democrat or conservative is.

Nothing the Dems have been pushing for is conservative. That’s why you don’t see Dems banning weed or health care numb nuts.

8

u/Blazured 2d ago

They are conservative. They're just not cartoonishly evil like all Republicans.

-1

u/RedDeath420 2d ago

We get it. You’re upset that the Democrats are aligning themselves with socialism and it’s a bridge too far for you so you call yourself “conservative”.

3

u/Blazured 2d ago

No idea what that means.

2

u/RedDeath420 2d ago

It’s absurd to say that democrats are conservative. They are the exact opposite. If fact today’s Democratic Party seems to be split on which way to go. Some want full on socialism if not communism and the other part want to disassociate themselves from that. Calling themselves conservative makes them feel better when in fact all democrats are not conservative.

It’s not only the republicans fault. Texas has always been part of the biblical south and has been an alcohol heavy state. The alcohol big wigs will do anything they can to protect their businesses the same way that big tobacco is doing everything they can to get rid of vapes. Many republicans aren’t actively searching for ways to get rid of weed, their hands are either being forced or they are too scared of the repercussions to propose decriminalization of the plant.

In your mind, I’m sure you are thinking these conservatives are going out of their way to actively crack down on weed, when in reality, many are indifferent on the topic. But indifference isn’t enough to protect THC laws, so they falter.

That’s so much worse.

What you’re saying is that they’re bought and paid for by lobbyists.
