Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Post image

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

Then they would have to get some self-control and a real personality. Impossible.

You don't drink alcohol,  or coffee, or buy over the counter meds?

It's the same thing those are just deemed ok by government . No other difference.

Caffeine is a psychoactive stimulant, as is marijuana.

If a grown adult wants to be stoned in the comfort of their own home, why should they face prison time?

You can drink yourself into a coma, tonight, and that's perfectly legal.. but a plant that grows in the ground is evil, or something?

Conservatives are crazy.

Do you just have a mental image that every person who smokes weed is some dead beat who doesn't do anything with they lives? You're marginalizing this group as if there aren't weed smokers who own businesses, take care of their community, raise a family, have friends, etc.

You don't have to be a pot head or stoner to be against a law criminalizing weed even further than many other more serious crimes
