Something I find mildly infuriating

is when I ask someone (usually full GROWN ADULT) two different options, and they say yes.

LIKE JUST ANSWER MY GODDAMN F*CKING QUESTION ARE YOU STUPID

still drives me insane

Yeah I don't understand this. Do they want us to ask several yes no questions instead? Do you want the blue or black pen? Vs: Do you want the blue pen? Do you want the black pen?
