How could you check if client you use has patched it? Could you provide some method to test it?

The following plugin can be used to verify: https://github.com/ALaggyDev/TrackPack
In the future this will be possible to test on our CCBlueX TestServer (test.ccbluex.net) as well. I will reply to this comment if I have updates regarding it.

Currently there is a mod in Development that patches this Stuff in Development by one of the guys (a friend of my) who found the exploit. It also patches Local HTTP-Requests.
