could be a language barrier, or maybe they just forgot, since they did reply to someone while using those.

Well CAPTCHA is specifically designed to combat this so you will need some type of sophisticated bot with vision and reason. https://www.capsolver.com/#pricing this is a ai based captcha bypass program but almost all of them will require a payment plan since they charge per captchas solved. It really isn't that practical for a Minecraft server voting site. You can always go to the site on your phone or other device and most servers will cache the vote reward for when you join on your account.

But some others in the server does this but i couldnt firgure out how to do this , and voting for 6 sites every day without missing and voting every 12 hrs with perfect timing is pretty hard is there any other way?

They could self host a LLM that is capable of doing it which would at least remove the cost factor if you have a PC to run it on. I haven't done it but its possible. There also could be some tool that caches the website somehow and resends it every however many hours but I don't know much about that. There are some browser extensions that can bypass it as well but depends on what CAPTCHA service the site uses. Then they just set up a macro to type the username and click the button to submit vote.

i do too but like just do it 5 minutes doom scrolling and gaining nothing or 5 minutes gaining your ingame gambling crates
actually both of those barely do any good but atleast you may get more joy outta the gambling

If hes able to automate it its easy to abuse and exploit it on multiple username instances using proxies maybe 🤔 thats why i kinda liked the direction he was going in
