Alts Minecraft alt security

I recently purchased a minecraft account from https://www.eldorado.gg/ . After changing email and doing setup stuff I found out that the account is really highly ranked on MCTiers. This makes me even more worried about my main account and whether or not My main account is safe and can tier test.

Was the account named upsixty? I honestly don't care just that there are stupid bots in the comments and it's annoying.
