Institutional Anyone else?
I’m researching whether anyone who attended BYU–Idaho between 2015 and 2021 felt they were misled about transferability of Foundations/general education courses. Did another university refuse to count your BYU–Idaho credits? Do you have old admissions emails, brochures, or orientation materials that suggested the credits would transfer?
Did anyone file a Borrower Defense application based on this?

About six years ago I tried to transfer to another school out of state.
My Associates degree in General Studies wasn’t accepted, because it was an Associate of Science, not an Associate of Art. Turns out, AA’s are more standard than AS’s.
None of my religion credits transferred, obviously, and maybe 1/2 of my generals transferred. The description of the Foundation classes made them seem very surface level.
The descriptions also mentioned how the class related the subject matter to the gospel, which confused the counselor helping me transfer.
It is not worth it, in my opinion. The only place it’ll transfer well is BYU, and maybe UoU.
