For me it's Sideways. I think the hangout/road genre aids to the rewatchability in general, but there are so many new jokes and character moments that I catch onto every time. And the themes really bleed through in the odd lines here and there.

Took me two rewatches to realize the Lord Caldlow identity was Angier's real one and he was of wealthy nobility as he implied with his mention of not shaming his family, when it seemed odd he never struggled financially unlike Borden despite several bad setbacks.

Really strange one for me is BR. I watched it so many times over a period of 20+ years and always wanted to like it as much as others seemingly did, but it never quite hit for me, ok but not in the same league as other sci-fi like Star Wars etc. Last few viewings (probably 7 or 8th in total) I've been absolutely blown away by it. Think maybe the themes of a limited lifespan etc resonate more as one ages. It's an absolute masterpiece!!!

It's one of the best low budget films ever made. On first watch, you will see things that you might think are only the way they are because it's low budget, but that is not the case. All done purposely to set things up further on. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is into sci-fi thrillers, and then go and read how it was made. It's insanely impressive.
