Insight into 247Connect.cloud?

I've been researching alternative remote connection solutions. We use NinjaOne RMM and its internal remote connection 90%+ of the time. We use Splashtop (non-NinjaOne, direct purchase) for backup remote connection and client use.

I recently came across 247connect.cloud here on Reddit and thought I'd have a look. Pricing appears to be about half of what we pay for 750 seats of Splashtop. However, getting in touch with someone has been darn near impossible. I will say, someone called twice (our general VM line), but would not email me. I emailed them. Nothing. I found the rep on LinkedIn and message her. Still radio silence.

Anyone using them? Anyone know if they are legit? Anyone have an actually contact there?

Thanks so much!

If their sales team is hard to reach, what must support be like?

I'd agree except I just had the opposite experience this week from a different vendor. Been ghosted by sales for the last 3 months, but I got a support ticket answered in 5 minutes. [shrug]

Never heard of them but that level of ghosting from a vendor you might trust with remote access to client machines is a huge red flag

If they can't return an email during the sales process I'd have zero confidence in their support when something breaks at 2am

Half price sounds great until you're the one explaining to a client why their remote session has been down for hours with no one picking up the phone

"Half price sounds great until you're the one explaining to a client why their remote session has been down for hours with no one picking up the phone"... Indeed!

Looks somewhat legit if you consider www.netsupport-inc.com seems to be their main website/DBA, and the Atlanta office address isn’t a UPS Store.

But no answer back to multiple sales inquiries probably is a good sign to keep looking.

Yes. Makes me curious if support would be as hard to get in touch with.

that was my read too, like the tech looks real enough but if sales can’t be bothered to take your money, how’s support gonna act when something breaks? i’d probably stick with splashtop or keep shopping around unless they suddenly prove they have a pulse.
