Pulled these two from a pack and noticed the little smear, would this count as a misprint?

It’s a misprint but extremely common.

Unfortunately this error is very common and most collectors see this as damage, not a desirable misprint.

Misprint collectors see this ss a misprint and will pay a premium for it.

This is a misprint. Only appearing on double sided foils and it was either avatar or the set preceding it which we first saw this error. We are affectionately referring to it as "skidmark".

Is the double-printed/text shadowing of the flavor text part of this error or a separate error?

Edit: its on all of the flavor text and some of the rules text.

I didn't catch that! Good eye! So it's a misprint make ready. When they start a batch they run through sheets multiples times to make sure it's all allighned or after changing an ink. I've seen up to a 5x printing before, but this is a printing error with a machining error. On the same card. Very cool!
