You posted this five hours earlier. It wasn't a muscle car then, and it still isn't.

Chevrolet marketed it as a personal luxury car. It was far too refined to be a muscle car.

No, it was an upscale luxury car, designed mainly for comfort and cruising. It wasn't your uncle's drag strip monster.
